WHO WE ARE

TBNR (The Best Never Rest) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and has been growing nonstop ever since! As a result, in 2023 TBNR was approved by YouTube as the first Creator-owned MCN (multi channel network). Today our MCN, ‘Fire MCN’ gets an average of 40 million views per day and includes the IRL channels; PrestonYT & BriannaYT.

We at TBNR are a group of skilled CREATORS coming from a variety of professional backgrounds, but what we have in common is a passion to continuously grow and deliver the latest and greatest content! The Preston Channel is seeking a Creative Strategist to brainstorm, conceptualize, and write scripts for innovative YouTube content. Our Creative Strategists are responsible for pitching innovative ideas, crafting compelling content, and using data-driven insights to optimize channel performance.

YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct thorough research to identify topics, ideas, and formats with a high view potential on YouTube
  • Collaborate with the team to generate fresh and engaging concepts that align with channel objectives and target audience
  • Demonstrate a strong comprehension of outlier theory and its application in identifying unique content opportunities
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of competitors' content strategies across various niches to identify successful video types and emerging trends
  • Develop an understanding of audience preferences and content trends that have a broad appeal, ensuring our videos resonate with our current views and a broad audience
  • Maintain knowledge of past and emerging trends in the YouTube ecosystem
  • Work closely with Creative and Production team members to brainstorm and refine content ideas

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of proven experience within a digital media/ YouTube-focused environment
  • Proficiency in using YouTube Analytics and other relevant data tools
  • Excellent understanding of YouTube best practices, trends, and algorithms
  • Deep understanding of Outlier Theory
