Job Description
The I&D team is a small but high impact team of I&D Business Partners and Program Managers. Our team designs and implements resources and programs to attract, hire, and retain a diverse workforce. We also support and allow all employees to play a part in creating an inclusive and diverse workplace. Team members represent a diversity of backgrounds including HR, program management, communications, education and social impact.
As an Inclusion & Diversity Program Manager, you'll be a member of the Inclusion & Diversity team responsible for the daily operations of I&D activities (e.g. designing and building programs) to support our Emerging Businesses and across Block. You'll partner with senior leaders, I&D team peers, and the Head of Inclusion & Diversity to develop resources to support building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
You Will:

  • Collaborate with People and Business leaders to envision, incubate, develop, and implement our I&D priorities.
  • Establish and maintain partnership across all parts of the People team, including HRBPs, Talent, HR Programs, L&D, among others.
  • Contribute to company wide programs, including consulting with partner teams, program and data reporting, and workshop facilitation.
  • Implement client group specific I&D strategies in partnership with HRBPs focused on representation, retention, and engagement of underrepresented talent
  • Project manage a broad spectrum of activities ranging from strategic to tactical and help Block focus on achieving I&D goals.
  • Partner with important partners to analyze and benchmark to support people and I&D priorities and recommendations.
  • Consult and collaborate with HRBPs to diagnose department-specific opportunities and concerns
  • Use data in partnership with the People Analytics and Research team to Identify I&D focused organizational health trends.
  • Guide delivery and execution of I&D Team goals and priorities.


Qualifications
You Have:

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 4+ years proven program management and/or business partner experience
  • Broad inclusion and diversity subject matter expertise demonstrated through education and/or professional experience
  • A record of managing and driving to completion complex projects
  • Experience driving accountability across teams
  • Comfortable with data analysis and visual storytelling to guide insights
  • Demonstrated history of making recommendations and guiding solutions based on data
  • Experience in workshop facilitation


Even Better:

  • Prior experience as an HR or I&D business partner
  • Experience managing a budget to support programs
