Job Description
Enthusiastic self-driven young talent to join our IT department as a Graduate Trainee. Opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a full-time position under the guidance of an experienced personnel.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES.
- Investigates and defines requirements for business processes.
- Analyses business processes to determine problems, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Works closely with systems analysts and customers to design and implement solutions.
- Conducts tests for system related changes.
- Facilitate end-user trainings.
- Document requirements including data modelling, process flows and report layouts.
Qualifications:
- Business Acumen
- Foundational knowledge of IT Applications, Infrastructure, Databases
- Must be innovative, creative, and teachable.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field within the last 3 years.
- Must possess a high level of integrity, determination, and personal commitment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
