Job DescriptionPurpose
Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities (3rd level environment) needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI’s. Plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure to support organization’s business processes. Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.
Responsible for installation, confuguration and support for LAN/WAN/Wireless solutions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI’s.
- Propose and perform regular inspections and improvement recommendations .
- Diagnose and resolve complex tickets or escalate complex tickets with direct/potential impact related to IT infrastructure.
- Investigate the root cause of complex incidents and then initiate actions to improve or correct the situation.
- Evaluate, authorize, prioritize, plan, test, implement, document and review complex changes in controlled manner or escalate to higher authority.
- Assess actual performance of IT infrastructure against its predicted performance. Any deviations between the two should be understood and proactively remediated, with vendors if necessary.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support IT service.
- Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.
- Plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure to support organization’s business.
- Serve as technical lead to provide clear and comprehensive release and deployment plans.
- Deliver effective training plans and concepts to train other employees and ensure their fulfillment .
- Responsible for installation, confuguration and support for LAN/WAN/Wireless solutions.
- Vendors: Cisco(switches ,AP's), MERAKI, Juniper (switches), MIST, Aerohive (AP's).
- Desirable technologies: TCP/IP, STP, VLAN, QOS, HSRP/VRRP,Wireless, Routing
- Investigate and create tickets (TAC cases, problem tickets, incidents) in order to maintain service to customers.
- Controll implementation/rollout plans describing all necessary steps to deliver successful migration of designed standard solution.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- have Information technologies - Secondary education
- have experience 5 years
- have at least one certificate for relevant platform ( CCNA/JNCIA)
- have core platform knowledge - Expert
- have related platform knowledge - Intermediate
- are communicative, team player and have analytical thinking, training/mentoring skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills
- have financial literacy in respective business area
- have knowledge of project management and ITIL processes
- speak English - Upper intermediate (B2)
- speak German (advantage) - intermediate (B1)
Possible specialisation
- Participation on on-call duties , independent solving and troubleshooting of incidents and errors within defined expertise.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1300€ /brutto.

Skills Required
- Information technologies secondary education
- At least 5 years of experience
- At least one relevant platform certification, such as CCNA or JNCIA
- Expert knowledge of the core platform
- Intermediate knowledge of related platforms
- Communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, training and mentoring, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Financial literacy in the relevant business area
- Knowledge of project management and ITIL processes
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency at B2 level
- Intermediate German proficiency at B1 level
