ICBM Test Management Supervisor (Flight Systems)

Job Description
BAE Systems is looking for an experienced Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) and Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) supervisor to join our team for an exciting opportunity supporting the MMIII weapon system. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a highly-skilled team that integrates with the government's Test Managers in functioning as direct and matrixed Test Managers to ICBM acquisition and sustainment programs. ICBM and Minuteman III Flight Systems experience is highly desirable.
The position is located at Hill AFB, Utah. US citizenship status is required.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 7+ years (5+ with a Master's degree) of related experience.
• Excellent cognitive, communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a current Secret clearance and be eligible to obtain a Top Secret clearance. The criteria for obtaining and holding a clearance are driven by US government requirements. You must be a US citizen to obtain a security clearance.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with customers, suppliers, and company personnel.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of integrity, even under pressure.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• ICBM, Propulsion, Guidance, and Re-Entry System/Re-Entry Vehicle experience.
• Developmental Test and Evaluation experience.
• People Manager Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, including good time management and organization skills.
• Experience creating and personally briefing professional documents, presentations, and spreadsheets with MS Office.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $91980 - $156330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
