- Plan, research, implement, and evaluate community related initiatives and events
- Participate in the development of communications and related documentation that educates and advances employee awareness of iCARE program activities
- Assist with managing and promoting all iCARE programs
- Increase internal participation in iCARE related activities
- Serve as a liaison between the iCARE council, iCARE ambassadors and bank personnel.
- Work as a member of the team, willingly providing backup support for co-workers when appropriate and actively supporting group goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
- Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
- Identifies and reports suspicious activity.
- Excellent organization skills (able to multi-task, prioritize, plan, and execute) and communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to produce well thought‐out, professional correspondence
- Proficient in all MS Office applications including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent relationship builder; able to demonstrate a high level of tact, discretion, and diplomacy with all internal and external stakeholders
- Must also demonstrate ability to maintain confidential/sensitive information
- Ambition, a strong work ethic, and an earnest willingness to learn
- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment is a must
- Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team-based environment
