Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the MYP/IB Diploma Programme, ensuring high academic standards and alignment with IB requirements.
  • Mentor and support MYP/DP teachers in pedagogy, assessment, and curriculum delivery.
  • Guide students in subject selection, monitor progress, and oversee Extended Essays, Internal Assessments, and CAS activities.
  • Ensure all assessments comply with MYP/IB regulations and deadlines.
  • Drive curriculum development, foster interdisciplinary learning, and maintain effective communication with students, parents, and school leadership.
  • Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to school development and participate in professional learning.
  • Lead or support at least one after-school activity or club.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Formal teaching qualifications (Bachelor’s degree or higher, QTS or equivalent)
  • C2 level of English proficiency
  • Proven teaching and leadership experience (preferably in international or bilingual settings)
  • Strong commitment to student-centered and inquiry-based learning
  • High personal integrity and professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Collaborative mindset and flexibility
  • Passion for international education and holistic student development
