About the role

Identity & Access Management (IAM) is becoming increasingly important as organizations evolve, digitalize, and strengthen their security posture. At If, we are developing modern IAM capabilities that support our employees, partners, and customers while enabling secure and efficient business operations.

As an IAM Success Manager, you will help drive adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement across our IAM services and products. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, product managers, architects, and end users across the organization.

The role combines elements of product management, service management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and change enablement. You will help connect business and technology perspectives, understand user needs, support the adoption of IAM capabilities, and contribute to communication and awareness activities. You will also participate in shaping the future direction of identity-related services for both human and non-human identities.

You do not need to be a deep IAM expert from day one. More important is your ability to collaborate with different stakeholders, understand their needs, drive improvements, and help others succeed.
