Key Responsibilities
• Access Management: Oversee user provisioning and de-provisioning, ensuring appropriate access levels are maintained throughout the user lifecycle.
• Certifications: Conduct regular access certifications to verify that users have the appropriate permissions in line with their roles.
• JML Processes: Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes to ensure timely updates to user access based on role changes.
• Policy Enforcement: Implement and enforce IAM policies and standards to maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Audit Support: Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits related to IAM controls.
• Incident Response: Address and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to align IAM processes with organizational needs.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IAM roles with a focus on operations, access certifications, and JML processes.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with IAM tools and technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and MFA.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM) are preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
