We are seeking an IAM Operations  Analyst to support the governance and operational management of third-party applications and external websites used across the organization. In this context, external websites refer to vendor-managed, externally hosted web applications, portals, and websites used by employees, teams, or business functions to support operational activities. In this role, you will act as the operational point of contact for access and ownership processes, ensuring consistent access lifecycle execution, accurate documentation, audit readiness, and long-term knowledge retention within IAM. 
 

Responsibilities 

  • Maintain an inventory of third-party applications and external websites, including ownership, access models, and vendor details;

  • Execute access lifecycle processes for third-party applications and external websites, including joiner, mover, and leaver activities;

  • Process access provisioning, modification, and revocation requests in line with IAM policies;

  • Maintain clear, consistent, and auditable documentation of access decisions and approvals; 

  • Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and process documentation for each third-party application and external website;

  • Centralize and retain organizational knowledge of vendor-specific access procedures; 

  • Support periodic access reviews and certification activities with business stakeholders; 

  • Collaborate with business owners, HR, IT GRC, Compliance, and vendors to ensure process alignment; 

  • Support audits by providing evidence, documentation, and process transparency; 

  • Support application onboarding through standard processes, including requirements gathering and configuration in Clear Skye and ServiceNow; 

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation through IAM tools such as ServiceNow and Clear Skye.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in IAM operations, access management, or IT support; 

  • Experience managing user life cycle processes with focus on provisioning, de-provisioning, Identity Governance, user access reviews, Role Based Access Control, etc.; 

  • Experience working with third-party applications and vendor-managed, externally hosted web applications, portals, or websites; 

  • Strong documentation, process management, and organizational skills; 

  • Hands-on familiarity with IAM tools such as ServiceNow, Clear Skye, SailPoint, or similar platforms; 

  • Good understanding of IAM concepts, including RBAC, SSO, identity governance, and directory services; 

  • Experience working in compliance- or audit-driven environments is an advantage; 

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills; 

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
