Are you an IAM consultant with a proven track record in various organizations and with different (technical) solutions? Do you demonstrably possess the skills to independently lead projects for implementing IAM tooling and IGA processes? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do?

• Independently lead implementation projects for IAM tooling and IGA processes.
• Expand our existing team (best practices and assignments with clients).
• Develop new managed services within the IAM domain.
• Share knowledge, vision, and insights, both internally and externally (Thought Leadership).

• Extensive experience (5+ years) as an IAM consultant in multiple organizations.
• A personal network within the Dutch market.
• Knowledge of multiple (technical) IAM solutions.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to determine substantive direction.
• Enthusiasm for further expanding a team and developing new services.

Experience: Senior (+7 years, of which 5+ in the IAM domain) 

Languages: Dutch & English required

Knowledge and experience of the following:

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), or equivalent.
• Product-specific certifications: (such as OKTA, ForgeRock, SailPoint, OneIdentity, Omada Identity Suite or Microsoft Entra ID).
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments and organizations.
• Proven track record in transferring domain-specific knowledge (to colleagues and clients).

• Holiday pay of 8%;
