About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Consultant  to be at the forefront of shaping digital identities for our clients, ensuring they align with their strategic goals. Using your IAM, IGA and/or PAM experience, you’ll work closely with executives and stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear, actionable IAM strategies. You’ll collaborate with senior consultants and play a key role in delivering Identity strategies that align with security, compliance, and business goals.

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands – hybrid working

Language requirements: Must be fluent in Dutch and English

Key Responsibilities:

• Turn business needs into secure IAM solutions - work directly with clients to gather and translate requirements into tailored identity and access management solutions that support their strategic goals.
• Stakeholder communication - act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders across all levels, ensuring clear understanding and alignment from discovery through to delivery.
• Represent business needs during agile ceremonies, contributing to planning, prioritisation, and iterative improvement in project workflows.
• Partner with senior consultants, ask questions, and actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to build deep, practical expertise in IAM technologies.
• Help develop IAM policies and governance frameworks that ensure compliance, manage risk, and enable scalability.
• Analyse client processes and suggest improvements to streamline operations, reduce friction, and increase security.
• Share insights and learnings with colleagues and clients to support a culture of continuous improvement and IAM excellence.
• Conduct change impact assessments to help clients implement IAM changes with minimal disruption and maximum adoption.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years Business Analysis / Business Consulting experience and an interest in leading solutions that will help secure client identities. 
• Previous experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) projects is required. 
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially at C-level with a proven ability to manage client relationships and complex project requirements effectively.
• Analytical thinker – able to break down business problems, identify root causes and bridge the gap between strategy and implementation.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, quality and results driven.
• Self-motivated, flexible in approach, enthusiastic team player
• Demonstrable high standards in every area of the role; commitment, organisation, and work habits
• Collaborative in approach and committed to team working
  

Nice to have:

• An understanding of One Identity Manager, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk or similar.
