Position Summary:
This position supports a key focus on providing a range of security solutions for evolving and vital Identity and Access Management (IAM) needs for managing the onboarding of new applications to SailPoint and maintaining data of existing applications in SailPOint through analytical, technical, communication, and/or business process support.
Duties Reponsabilies:
- Provide to Business Analyst consultation to business partners; enable businesses to effectively manage risk within their risk appetite and meet business objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments on business applications, third parties and infrastructure and validate that security and technology controls are implemented to support business requirements.
- Creates BA documentation that leads the development and/or implementation of Applications into SailPoint.
- Provides system support to all application owners and validates the integrity of data provided by owners.
- Reviews and conducts requirements gathering between Identity and Access management system integration team and quality assurance teams.
- Distributes and supports the on-boarding of all regulatory (SOX/GLBA) application deliverables.
- Business Analyst experience with designing, implementing and assessing application security processes, controls, and technologies.
- Meet with App owners to gather App information and provide guidance to fulfill Onboarding questionnaire.
- Work with Dev team and QA team to coordinate testing in Pre and Prod
- Managing the end to end onboarding process.
Education Experience:
- University Degree or equivalent experience at minimum
- 3-5yrs Business Analyst experience
- 3-5yrs Project Management relevant experience
- Knowledge of SailPoint or another identity and access management tool
- Previous experience or exposure to managing process/people and access and identity management lifecycle (application onboarding, configuration, terminations, upgrade, etc.
Competencies:
- Access and Identity Management experience in IdenityIQ/SailPoint(preferred), Oracle Identity, Centrify, Gigya, Symantec, Varonis a plus
- Structured, organized and highly focus on documentation, reporting, collection of requirements
