The mission of the IAC is to build an engaged and united Israeli American community that strengthens: the Israeli and Jewish identity of our next generations, the American Jewish community, and the bond between the peoples of the United States and the State of Israel.
Job purpose
The IAC Registration and Website Manager oversee all online registration processes and manages the IAC website to ensure a seamless, accurate, and user‑friendly experience for participants. This role maintains up‑to‑date content, supports program launches, and troubleshoots registration or website issues in collaboration with internal teams. The position plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency, data accuracy, and IAC’s professional digital presence. The Registration and Website Manager will report to the IAC National Director, IT/IS.
Duties include and are not limited to:
Registration Management:
- Open events/programs in platforms like Eventbrite/JotForm/HubSpot/Jumbula and integrate them into our website.
- Manage the registration process for IAC Gala’s.
- Maintain registration databases and ensure data integrity.
- Manage refund requests in accordance with our refund policy.
- Support registration process and app management of IAC National Summit.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of registrations and participant information.
- Generate regular reports on registration statistics and trends for management review, including a national and regional dashboard.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate reporting of participant data.
Coordination and Support:
- Create, design and manage IAC website landing pages to promote events and programs, ensuring they are engaging and up to date.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement registration-related digital marketing strategies.
- Provide support to the team in using IAC systems.
- Support the team by addressing registration-related issues and concerns.
- Assist in the development of registration materials, including forms and online registration portals.
- Assist in onboarding new team members by providing training on registration processes and systems.
- Create documentation and resources to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong technical skills and fast learning.
- Previous experience in event or program registration coordination is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and registration software/tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Experience managing and maintaining WordPress websites is a plus.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Fluent conversational Hebrew is required; reading and writing proficiency is a plus.
- Fluent in English - full comprehension, speaking, writing, and reading.
**Full-time employees working 20 plus hours per week shall be eligible for insurance benefits (medical, dental, vision, & life) following the new hire waiting period.
