The Role

Buscamos un/a IA Engineer/Data Scientis con entre 3 o 4 años de experiencia en el diseño, desarrollo y, a ser posible, también el despliegue de modelos.

Estamos creciendo dentro de nuestra práctica Data & AI, lo que significa que tendrás la oportunidad de contribuir con nuevas ideas, enfrentarte a nuevos retos y liderar equipos técnicos. En este equipo participarás en varios proyectos multicloud, cubriendo todo el ciclo de vida del dato y, trabajarás en un entorno multi-cliente, utilizando las tecnologías más punteras y gestionando datos dentro del ecosistema cloud.
 

La persona que buscamos deberá:

• Estar familiarizado/a con todo el ciclo de vida completo de un modelo de IA.
• Tener un profundo entendimiento y manejo de los fundamentos de inteligencia artificial, tanto de modelos clásicos (random forest, XGBoost), como de modelos avanzados de Deep learning y conomientos de IA Generativa.
• Valorable experiencia en el procesamiento y análisis de datos, tanto estructurados, como no estructurados, debiendo ser capaz de realizar consultas e ingestas de datos, así como su tratamiento, explotación, y transformación.
   

Who You Are

Capacidades técnicas:

• Nivel alto de programación en Python (código limpio, documentación, y eficiencia en la programación de procedimientos).
• SQL
• Experiencia trabajando en entornos Cloud y uso de sus capacidades (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Manejo eficiente de librerías de ML como Scikit-learn, Tensorflow / Pytorch / Keras.
• Se valorará muy positivamente el manejo de Docker.
• Se valorará muy positivamente el conocimiento de la plataforma Palantir Foundry.
• Comprensión de la codificación social y entornos de desarrollo integrados, por ejemplo, GitHub y Visual Studio.
