Job Description
• Coordinate training to develop competencies in support of innovation (R&D) processes and tools.
• Establish training strategies and curriculums that address high priority areas of competency needed.
• Develop and/or acquire training in addressing strategy. Organize and plan training programs and courses that address competencies on a regular basis and as needed based on gaps.
• Work with leadership to define standard Roles and matrix of Roles-to-Process relationships.
• Collect metrics on Role assignments, Training Plans, and Execution.
Key areas of responsibility:
• Training Data Analytics: Monitor and report on Roles and Training execution to plans, including performance against KPIs.
• Roles Data Integrity: Monitor and ensure that Roles are defined and assigned appropriately for all R&D associates.
• Training Tools Superuser: TEDS, Lumens, Qlik Sense.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in technical areas such as engineering, computers, math, physics.
• 5+ years experience.
Competencies:
• Training Plans and Curriculum management.
• Expert user of MS Office tools, TEDS, Lumens, Qlik Sense, SAP, Workday, Planisware.
• Statistical analysis.
• Database management.
• Change management.
Support R&D training plans, role alignment, competency improvement.
