Supervise hydroblasting, tank cleaning, and pressure-washing crews; operate and troubleshoot hydroblasting, vacuum truck, and tank-cleaning equipment; enforce safety and SOPs; communicate with customers and site managers; run multiple crews, respond to emergencies, and perform physically demanding, on-site industrial work including confined-space and elevated tasks.

Primary Responsibilities and Key Deliverables
- Hydroblasting, Tank Cleaning, and Pressure Washing as needed.
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form. Show proficiency in operating and troubleshooting Hydroblasting, Vacuum Truck, and Tank cleaning equipment.
- Supervisors must understand the job of the Operator & Technician. Be able to communicate with customers & Site Managers. Be able to run multiple crews when required.
- Familiarity with hydroblasting equipment and high-pressure systems.
- Must be dependable, willing to work additional hours as required and be team oriented.
- Ability to perform duties in accordance with training and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous and industrial settings.
- Acceptable MVR/Background Check and pass pre-employment screenings.
- Previous waste handling experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Refinery experience.
- Valid TWIC Card.
- Tools, equipment, machinery used: Hydroblasting, Vacuum Truck, and Tank cleaning equipment.
- Working conditions: Will be exposed to all weather conditions. Work on various structures and surfaces both at ground and elevated levels up to and possibly exceeding 150 ft. Work in confined spaces. Work a 12-hour shift with 30-minute lunch breaks. If requested, work overtime, and respond to emergency callouts whenever they occur. Work days, nights, and weekends. Travel to customer and other Miller sites as needed.
- Physical effort required: Handling tools, materials, and equipment weighing up to 150 lbs. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, crawl, bend, squat, and kneel. Must be capable of climbing towers/vessels/tanks.
Skills Required
- Familiarity with hydroblasting equipment and high-pressure systems.
- Experience operating and troubleshooting hydroblasting, vacuum truck, and tank cleaning equipment.
- Supervisory ability to run multiple crews and communicate with customers and site managers.
