- At least 2 years of experience in Hybris Multichannel e-commerce Suite, Apache SOLR, Hybris Data hub, JAVA J2EE, Spring, SQL
- At least 4 years of experience working with business & client on technical issues and requirements and provide solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience converting the requirements into technical architecture and design
- At least 3 years of experience creating logical, system, physical architecture & design
- At least 3 years of experience in project execution
- Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point
- Have lead a team of architects / Technical leads and guide them on Technical aspects
- At least 2hybris Ecommerce implementations on Technical aspects
- Ability to guide Client on Ecommerce Roadmap and provide technical solutions for their business needs.
- Analytical skills
- At least 3 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams
- Experience in providing advanced technology advisory services.
- Understanding of market and technology trends.

- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
