Nokia’s Hardware Development Organization is seeking a Hardware Project Manager to lead the execution and evolution of next‑generation hardware products, leveraging Nokia’s in‑house Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technologies.

- Own and execute integrated project plans across requirements, design, verification, and validation phases
- Partner closely with Technical Leaders and cross‑functional leads to drive execution scalability and ensure clear ownership and accountability for deliverables
- Establish and maintain rigorous project tracking, milestone reporting, and action follow‑up
- Continuously identify, assess, and manage technical and program risks, working with both internal and external stakeholders
- Track and report weekly progress against development milestones, highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Proactively identify issues, forecast impacts, and define corrective actions
- Foster an open, collaborative, and results‑driven working environment across global cross‑functional teams
- Monitor project performance against short‑ and long‑term objectives using appropriate project management tools
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed constraints, including Time‑to‑Market (TTM) and budget targets
- Provide regular, concise project status updates to senior management
- Lead post‑mortem and lessons‑learned reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Proven ability to deliver complex hardware development programs on time and within scope
- Strong program and project management discipline with excellent execution skills
- Demonstrated success building effective relationships across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
- Solid leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities

- 5–10 years of experience in hardware project or product management
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
