The Team

  • An international team (with more than 38 nationalities) with complementary education and experience in the investment, medical, scientific, strategic and operational sectors
  • Composed of alumni from: INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, etc.
  • Professional backgrounds: Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary)

Your Role

Location: Lyon, France
Duration: 6 months
Start Date : July 2026

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our HR team in Lyon, France. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global investment firm, working closely with our teams across France, the US, Singapore, and Tokyo.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supporting the performance review process (feedback collection, meeting organization, preparation of materials/content, ..)
  2. Supporting recruitment processes
  3. Supporting content creation for trainings and onboarding
  4. Support onboarding logistics for new joiners
  5. Helping coordinate the training plan and organize training sessions
  6. Supporting the ARCHIMED ACADEMY project
  7. Helping prepare presentations and HR materials 
  8. Supporting HR documentation and process updates (training, onboarding and performance process)

Requirements

Profile & Qualifications

  1. Education: Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (HR, Business School, Psychology, Management or related field)
  2. Strong interest in Human Resources, talent development, and organizational processes
  3. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with international teams
  5. Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements
  6. High attention to detail and rigor in execution
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English (international environment)
  8. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), some knowledge on content creation is plus
