Human Resources Specialist - EMEA (f/m/d)
What to expect:
The Human Resources Specialist is supporting the EMEA HR department by providing general administrative and organizational support in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and policies and guidelines.
- Supporting talent acquisition and recruiting processes as needed, including required approvals, advertising, candidate sourcing, and on-boarding assistance.
- Providing excellent customer service in all HR-related interactions.
- Preparing and coordinating administrative tasks like maintaining personnel files, new employee orientation, coordinating with management for probation assessments and coordinating employee events.
- Supporting HR Management with administration of various projects and policy/procedure implementation and changes.
- Utilizing tools, systems & resources effectively in order to analyze employee data, develop solutions and provide support to meet internal customer needs that ensure strong cross-functional communication. This includes but is not limited to Benefits, Compensation, and systems such as applicant tracking, time off/absence, HRIS, and other HR related systems used to facilitate job accountabilities.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude toward self and others.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor degree in Business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience and a minimum of one year of experience in an HR admin or HR team assistant role.
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment administrative processes
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Interacts effectively and professional with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization. Demonstrates a positive attitude toward self and others.
- Knowledge of local labor laws would be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Structured, independent and reliable working style. Exhibits strong analytical and organizational skills, is process-focused, has attention to detail and prioritizes well.
- Manages competing demands and works effectively and efficiently with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
- Trustworthy and maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
- PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with MS office and other software.
- Experience in dealing with different nationalities and cultures

The salary range for this position is EUR 45,700 - EUR 52,600.
