Human Resources Specialist

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
• Handle employee relations matters by providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.
• Assist in organizing training programs to support employee growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain HR records and generate reports as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
