💫 Your ImpactAs our HR Specialist, you'll be the trusted advisor for employees and managers throughout their journey with our clinical research organization. You'll play a pivotal role in:
- Building our talented teams through strategic recruitment and seamless onboarding
- Cultivating an engaging workplace culture that inspires our people to thrive
- Ensuring compliance excellence across multiple Latin American countries
- Empowering professional growth through innovative development initiatives
- Execute memorable onboarding experiences that set new team members up for success
- Create connections between new hires and key stakeholders from day one
- Coordinate orientation sessions and introductory meetings for new hires
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
- Assist with addressing employee concerns and escalate complex issues as appropriate
- Contribute to the development and distribution of employee communications
- Participate in the coordination of company events and team-building activities
- Maintain employee records and HR information systems with attention to accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with HR compliance activities related to employment laws and regulations
- Contribute to the preparation of HR reports and analytics as needed
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization

- Relationship-building expertise with exceptional interpersonal communication

- 1-2 years in HR roles, ideally in professional services
- Demonstrated success supporting HR functions across multiple countries
- Practical knowledge of Latin American employment laws and regulations (not mandatory)
- Experience creating meaningful employee experiences from recruitment through development
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Associate's degree with additional HR experience may be considered
- Knowledge of industry-specific requirements for clinical research professionals
