Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team in Tunisia.
This is a hands-on position with a strong focus on talent acquisition, internal and external communication, and new employee integration. The successful candidate will manage the recruitment process from workforce needs identification through onboarding, while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate and employee experience.
The role requires a strong understanding of recruitment within an industrial/manufacturing environment, the ability to work closely with operational managers, and the communication skills needed to engage employees and candidates at all levels of the organization.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, from job requirement definition to candidate integration.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define profiles, and establish effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for technical, engineering, production, quality, support, and other industrial positions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, schools, recruitment events, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Screen and assess candidates based on technical requirements, competencies, experience, and organizational fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process in the HRIS/ATS and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, recruitment sources, hiring volumes, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with universities, engineering schools, vocational institutions, employment agencies, and other talent sources.
- Participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, open days, and employer branding initiatives.
- Support the development and deployment of internal HR communication initiatives.
- Prepare and coordinate communication materials related to recruitment, onboarding, employee initiatives, HR programs, and company events.
- Support communication campaigns aimed at strengthening employee engagement and understanding of company priorities and HR initiatives.
- Contribute to employer branding activities and ensure consistency of the Pursuit Aerospace employer image across recruitment channels.
- Support internal events, employee engagement activities, recognition initiatives, and other HR communication activities.
- Work closely with HR and operational teams to ensure that key information is communicated clearly and effectively to employees.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Organize and facilitate new hire orientation and induction activities.
- Ensure that all pre-employment and onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with HR, hiring managers, training, IT, administration, and other relevant functions to ensure new employees are ready to start effectively.
- Follow up with new hires during their first weeks and months to identify integration needs and potential issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the onboarding process based on feedback from new employees and managers.
- Support initiatives designed to improve early employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records and documentation.
- Prepare regular recruitment and onboarding reports and dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, onboarding, and HR communication.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and applicable labor requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Mandatory experience in an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, automotive, or similar production environment.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Experience working directly with operational and functional managers.
- Experience coordinating onboarding and new employee integration processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously.
