Your experience includes…
- Bachelor’s degree (Business or Human Resources preferred)
- 7+ years overall HR/Operations experience, with 3+ years being within a People Operations, HR Shared Services or Project/Program Management role
- Leading a best-in-class Employee Experience HR support model for the full employee lifecycle from Onboarding, Talent Management, Growth & Development, Life Events through to Offboarding.
- Building a Documentation/Knowledge Management framework to support a streamlined employee experience and internal process controls.
- HRIS Data Management, experience with UKG Pro preferred
- Driving efficiency and innovation within the organization utilizing HR systems to deliver value to employees and internal stakeholders cross-functionally
- Independent analytical and problem-solving, with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Facilitating employee immigration matters, preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills and SharePoint

Narissa joined the Biotechnology industry shortly after graduating with her BS in Marketing from Franklin Pierce University. She is currently pursuing a MS in Legal Studies from Northeastern University School of Law while working full time as a Manager in Talent Acquisition at Tessera. She is passionate about helping individuals find a fulfilling opportunity while considering their interests, aspirations and technical skills. Narissa lives in Northern Vermont and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, three-year-old daughter and German Shepherd.
