The Role
The HR Partner/Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department while also serving as a liaison between HR and employees. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR projects, ensuring HR policies and processes are executed effectively. The position combines hands-on administrative support with strategic HR partnership responsibilities, supporting managers and staff in day-to-day HR needs.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Recruitment & Staffing Support
- Assist with posting job openings on internal and external platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
