Job Summary: 

The HR Operations Specialist executes HR programs and payroll operations across North America, ensuring accurate, timely and consistent delivery of core HR processes. This role partners closely with the Sr. Director of HR, North America, Corporate HR Manager and site HR leaders to drive execution, maintain data integrity and ensure consistency across locations.

Requirements

  

Payroll & HR Operations

· Coordinate and support accurate and timely payroll processing for U.S. employees

· Validate payroll-related transactions, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes and employee status updates

· Perform pre- and post-payroll audits to identify and resolve discrepancies

· Partner with payroll vendor and site HR teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance

· Maintain compliance with applicable payroll, wage and hour, and recordkeeping requirements

· Support MX data entry and reporting within HRIS

HRIS & Workforce Data Management

· Maintain employee and organizational data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and data integrity across North America

· Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS support, troubleshooting and user assistance 

· Generate recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards and workforce metrics 

· Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requests

· Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency

HR Program Execution (North America)

· Coordinate the administration of North American HR programs, including onboarding, performance management and employee engagement

· Launch and maintain HR programs within HR systems and related technology platforms

· Track participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness, providing regular reporting to HR leadership

· Partner with site HR Managers to ensure timely completion of HR initiatives and compliance requirements

· Support recruitment and employee documentation processes 

· Prepare communications and program materials in partnership with HR leadership

What you will bring to the team

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field 

· 3–5+ years of HR generalist, HR operations or HRIS/payroll experience 

· Experience supporting multi-site organizations; manufacturing experience preferred 

· Working knowledge of HR practices, payroll processes and employment regulations 

· Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred) 

· Strong attention to detail and data accuracy 

· Excellent organizational and time management skills 

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

· PHR or SHRM-CP certification 

· Experience supporting U.S. and Mexico HR operations 

· Experience supporting HR program rollout (performance, engagement, training)

 Travel: up to 5%
