The Boeing Company is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join the 737 Program in either Renton, WA or Seattle, WA. This is not just another HR role; it's a chance to lead a dynamic, inclusive team that is shaping the future of HR at Boeing.
As a Front Line HR Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and developing the HR team to achieve operational excellence. Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the 737 Program HR team to deliver real time engagement and solutions with the business and contribute to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
- Lead, mentor, and coach HR team members to enhance their skills, performance, and career growth
- Set clear goals and expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure HR processes and activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain open, transparent, and timely communication within the team and with other departments to promote a positive work environment
- Encourage and support team members to identify challenges and develop effective solutions
- Allocate workload and resources effectively to meet team and organizational objectives
- Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. staffing, performance support, employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, etc.)
- Use HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting a culture of accountability and trust

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources
- 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing/reporting out high level projects for executives or senior leadership
- 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Human Resources certification
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
- Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Summary pay range: $127,500 - $172,500
