Job Responsibilities :We are looking for a hands-on and driven HR Manager to join our EMEA team, based in Amsterdam. Reporting directly to the Global Head of HR, this role will work closely with the EMEA Leadership Team, regional stakeholders, and global functional teams to support regional HR operations and employee lifecycle matters across multiple European markets. The role requires someone who is operationally strong, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced regional environment. The individual will also support process improvements and leverage AI tools and HR technologies to improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle matters across multiple EMEA countries.
Provide HR support and guidance on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and policy interpretation.
Collaborate closely with the EMEA Leadership Team, regional HR leadership, Global HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders including Finance and Legal to ensure smooth regional HR operations.
In partnership with payroll, tax, and external vendors:
-Handle monthly payroll operations across multiple European countries.
- Manage employee administration, benefits, leave reporting, and regional
compliance requirements.
Coordinate with external payroll providers, EoR partners, and consultants as required.
Coordinate regional recruitment and talent processes across multiple functions and levels.
Leverage HR technologies, including Workday®, AI tools, and automation solutions to improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Support and execute regional and global employee engagement and culture initiatives, including company-wide programs and people campaigns aligned with Razer’s culture and values.
Support day-to-day workplace operations and office administration for the Amsterdam office.
Support regional and global HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives as assigned
Strong HR operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different countries and stakeholders.
Strong working knowledge of EU employment laws, regulations, and HR practices across major European markets.
Experience supporting payroll coordination, employee administration, and regional HR operations.
Ability to work effectively across regional and global teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Ability to operate with speed, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with HR systems, reporting, and process optimization, including the use of AI tools and technologies.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism, judgement, and confidentiality.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional European language capabilities are a plus
