Ricondo is seeking a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will serve as a generalist with a strong focus on employee retention, learning and development, performance management, career and professional development, and employee engagement. This role is highly visible and influential, partnering closely with the HR team and business leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional seeking expanded leadership responsibility. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement development plans supporting professional, leadership, and career growth.
  • Coordinate talent management programs, including onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and retention strategies.
  • Organize leadership training, career, and professional development initiatives.
  • Advise managers on HR and people management matters, fostering effective communication and positive work environments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on human capital initiatives, including resource planning, organizational design, and succession.
  • Champion employee engagement and internal communications to strengthen company culture. Enhance current and develop new employee recognition programs.
  • Monitor and interpret HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices and legal requirements. Develop and implement new or revised policies and procedures to conform with organization needs.
  • Partner with HR leadership and compensation committee on rewards and recognition programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Serve as member of the benefits committee focused on benefit design, implementation, communication, and utilization ensuring the Firm’s position providing highly competitive, cost-effective, and market leading benefits to employees.
  • Ensure compliance and documentation with all required training and employment regulations.
  • Gain knowledge and familiarity with HR systems to be able to serve as back-up on personnel records, HRIS/employee data, benefits administration, applicant tracking systems, payroll coordination, or any other platforms utilized for HR administration and management.
  • Serve as a key member of the HR team, preparing for future leadership opportunities and succession through professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience; HR experience in professional services or consulting preferred.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, HRCI) strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence, coach, and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with practical execution skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, LMS, ATS, and virtual collaboration tools and ability to develop HR-related reports and analysis.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to organizational values.

The base pay range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000. The base salary range/hourly rate established for a job offer is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, such as experience, education, and skills.
