Supports the Training Coordinator and Human Resources team with the administration, coordination, and documentation of employee training and development activities.
Minimum Qualifications- Currently pursuing an Associate or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Manufacturing or HR experience is a plus.
- Must be flexible to work across all three shifts as needed.
- Assist the Training Coordinator with scheduling and coordinating employee training sessions.
- Prepare training materials, sign-in sheets, presentations, and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee training records and update training databases.
- Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
- Track required training and follow up on outstanding training assignments.
- Help coordinate training activities across all three shifts.
- Assist with preparing and organizing training rooms and materials.
- Support the administration of online and computer-based training.
- Enter and maintain training data and reports in HR systems.
- Assist with employee communications regarding upcoming training opportunities.
- Help collect and organize training feedback and completion information.
- Support apprenticeship and employee development programs as needed.
- Assist with HR projects and other administrative activities as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Provide general support to the Training Coordinator and HR team.
