Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous
growth.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's vision and long-
term goals.
3. Design, review, and strengthen HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness,
consistency, and compliance.
4. Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning to attract and retain the
right talent.
5. Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote a healthy, inclusive, and positive
workplace culture.
6. Lead performance management, succession planning, and employee development
initiatives.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
8.Partner with department heads and senior leadership on organizational development and
people-related decisions.
9. Oversee compensation, benefits, HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, and exit
processes.
10. Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements to enhance organizational
effectiveness.
