We’re looking for a hands-on Human Resources Generalist who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working directly with employees and managers. This role is a strong next step for someone with solid HR experience who wants to keep growing across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, compliance, HR systems, and manager support. You should have a few years of hands-on HR experience but still be building toward a more advanced generalist level, but you should be dependable, curious, organized, and comfortable learning as you go.
Hiring Range: $68,000–$75,000/year, depending on experience
Location: Golden Valley, MN - onsite
Schedule: 1st shift

What You’ll Do
As an HR Generalist, you’ll:
- Support recruiting and onboarding, including postings, offers, pre-employment steps, new hire paperwork, and orientation.
- Serve as an HR resource for employees and managers by answering questions, listening to concerns, and helping with next steps.
- Support employee relations matters, investigations, documentation, corrective action, PIPs, and manager coaching.
- Assist with performance reviews, goal setting, training, and employee development efforts.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, support workflows, run reports, and audit records.
- Support HR compliance, recordkeeping, benefits questions, open enrollment, compensation processes, and payroll coordination.
- Help with employee engagement, recognition, surveys, communications, and company events.
- Support resignations, retirements, terminations, exit interviews, documentation, and system updates.
- Build strong relationships with assigned managers and divisions and help address issues consistently and proactively.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive, hands-on Human Resources experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- PHR or SPHR certification.
- Experience supporting a broad range of HR functions, including recruiting, benefits, leave management, and training.

About the Role
The salary grade for this position ranges from $61,800.00 - $86,500.00. Starting pay within this range will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
