The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Manufacturing and Safety Human Resources team is hiring for a Human Resources Generalist located in Everett, WA.
This fun and exciting opportunity will provide day-to-day HR support at the Foundational Training Center (FTC), serving as the primary HR point-of-contact for students, instructors and managers. This role supports employee activities including on-boarding, probationary period processing, performance documentation, and assists employees with general questions including but not limited to attendance policy, benefits, and available resources.
Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site HR liaison, maintaining a visible and approachable presence for students, instructors and managers
- Facilitate the HR portion of the FTC onboarding for new hires
- Assist managers in processing probationary period documentation: collecting manager evaluations and processing corrective action
- Assist managers and HR leadership in termination processes: ensure required documentation is complete and processed
- Answer employee questions about attendance policy, timekeeping procedures, leave options, benefits enrollment/basic benefits information and other general HR policies; escalate complex or nuanced issues to HR specialists or leadership
- Help employees locate information and resources (company intranet, Workday, Worklife, employee assistance programs, etc.)
- Track and report HR metrics relevant to the training center (e.g., probation outcomes, turnover)
- Uphold compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and company policies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience in deploying and administering HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 1+ years of experience interacting with business partners in resolving problems, providing a high-level of customer service
- 1+ years of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- 1+ years of experience balancing multiple tasks concurrently and paying close attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Human Resources certification(s)
- 3+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Capability to track and report basic HR metrics (turnover, probation outcomes)

Summary pay range: $80,750 - $109,250
