Salary range : $ 60.000 - $80.000

Key Responsibilities:
- Culture & Engagement: Plan and execute engaging employee events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent.
- Training & Development: Partner with the HR Director to design and deliver impactful training and learning opportunities.
- Compliance & Administration: Maintain precise HR records, ensuring all operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations, including Illinois employment laws.
- HR Support: Provide administrative support for HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with HRIS (Paycor, Workday, ADP, or BambooHR).
- Familiarity with ATS (Jobvite, Greenhouse, Zoho or similar).
- Knowledge of LMS to support employee development programs.
- Strong grasp of U.S. labor laws and compliance (FMLA, ADA, EEOC) with an understanding of Illinois-specific regulations.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
- Plus: Spanish as a second language.
