As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for providing broad support to the Human Resources department including but not limited to the Payroll and Talent Acquisition process including Staffing, Recruiting, and on-boarding, completing special projects, open enrollment and benefits administration and administer the compliance poster process.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide support to the HR Department to assist improving the employee experience.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring and on-boarding efforts.
- Support the HR department with the processes of Open Enrollment and Unemployment Claims.
- Perform exit interviews with employees.
- Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations in the HRIS.
- Administer the Compliance Poster website ensuring that all legal posters are up to date.
- Manage and post open job positions on various web sites.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves of absence, benefits and assist in the resolution of employee concerns, questions, and services.
- Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants, as necessary.
- Familiar with all Fort Financial services and policies.

Qualifications:
- Required Experience: 1- 3 years of Human Resources similar or related experience.
- Required Education: High school diploma required, some college preferred and desirable
