We are currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Generalist to join our esteemed team. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, with a focus on supporting organizational goals through effective human capital management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the full cycle of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
- Support performance management processes, including facilitation of appraisals and development programs.
- Provide guidance and counsel to employees and management on HR policies and employee relations matters.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values.
- Stay abreast of relevant employment legislation and best practices to ensure organizational compliance.
Requirements
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within the renewable energy or related sectors.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Solar Energy Solutions provides a good-faith compensation range for each position in accordance with Virginia law. Pay is based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
- Hourly Positions: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
- Salaried Positions: $45,000 - $175,000 annually
