We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. You will support multiple HR functions including policy enforcement, employee engagement activities, employee relations, timesheet support and other essential HR functions. Reporting directly to the HR Business Services Manager you will support performance management processes while coordinating training programs and assisting with benefits administration and enrollment for the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help implement and monitor compliance with company procedures

  • Help conduct workplace investigations under guidance

  • Support conflict resolution and mediation efforts

  • Support policy communication programs and employee training programs

  • Support performance management processes

  • Manage employee engagement activities

  • Provide first-level support for employee inquiries and concerns

  • Help maintain positive employee relations through multiple HR programs

  • Help with recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Maintain employee files and HR databases

  • Help with payroll preparation and coordinate with payroll vendors

  • Review and process employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness

  • Address timesheet discrepancies and work with employees to resolve issues

  • Maintain accurate records of employee hours, overtime, and leave time

  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, with 1-2 years of Human Resources work experience or High School Diploma/GED with 6-8 years of Human Resources work experience.

  • Experience with HR principles and best practices

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, Ceridian)

  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certification (or willingness to pursue)

  • Previous experience in policy development or compliance

  • Bilingual capabilities

  • This position requires full-time onsite presence

 

Annual Salary Range: $61,800 – $90,400 USD
