We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department while providing administrative and project support to senior leadership as needed.

What You'll Do

The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in a variety of HR functional areas, including:

  • Benefits Administration
    • Support employee benefit programs and enrollment processes
    • Assist with benefits communication and employee inquiries
    • Coordinate and facilitate new hire benefits orientation
  • HRIS Administration
    • Maintain and update employee information in HR systems
    • Support data accuracy, reporting, and system administration activities
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
    • Support training assignments, tracking, reporting, and system updates
    • Assist with employee learning and development coordination
  • HR Operations & Employee Experience
    • Coordinate HR programs, activities, and special events
    • Support onboarding and new hire experiences
    • Provide administrative and project support to senior leadership as needed
    • Assist with maintaining HR documentation, records, and compliance activities

✔ Strong in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database/system navigation
✔ Interested in benefits administration, employee programs, and event coordination

✔ Eager to learn, contribute, and grow within Human Resources

 Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS and benefits administration is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

Skills Required

  • Previous Human Resources experience
  • Experience with HRIS, LMS, or benefits administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
