As our HR Coordinator, you will support key people operations with a primary focus on onboarding and recruiting, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, and new hires to ensure a smooth, compliant, and engaging employee experience. In this role, you will help execute recruiting and onboarding activities from job posting through new‑hire integration, contributing to a strong first impression and long‑term employee success.Day‑to‑day, you will assist with job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking system (ATS) administration, while also coordinating pre‑employment and onboarding processes. You will support new hires through their onboarding journey, ensuring required documentation, system access, orientation scheduling, and initial training are completed accurately and on time.Experienced team members may assume expanded responsibility for managing onboarding programs, coordinating employee referral activities, supporting ongoing post‑hire compliance requirements, contributing to employee recognition initiatives, participating in career fairs and hiring events, and supporting efforts that strengthen employee engagement and long‑term retention.Successful team members in this role are people‑focused, organized, and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering a positive candidate and new‑hire experience that aligns with our strategic goals.

Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Previous experience in HR coordination, recruiting support, onboarding, or a related HR role preferred.
- Working knowledge of recruiting and onboarding processes, including scheduling, documentation, and systems support.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and common recruiting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
