THE ROLE: HR Business Partner
We are seeking a results-oriented People Business Partner to work across our Merchandising and Marketing Teams. Responsible for implementing people strategies that align to RGG’s business goals, while also serving as an employee champion. You will contribute at a hands-on level to cultivate an open, dynamic and performance-driven culture. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about e-commerce/retail, and seek to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for strengthening the effectiveness of our people leaders by providing coaching, counsel, and guidance to leaders to further develop their leadership capability and impact.
What You’ll Do:

Coach/Advisor.
- Provide HR counseling, coaching, performance management and employee development in partnership with other HR functions.
- Coach leaders on talent and succession management and how to best to motivate and challenge members of their teams to ensure employee performance, engagement, and accountability.
- Leverage data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement
- Partner with Talent Acquisition with succession planning, building competencies and role requirements to hire, retain and attract top talent.
- Business Thought Leader.
- Establish and maintain an intimate understanding of the Merchandising and Marketing organizations and the overall e-commerce business.
- Build effective and productive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- People Team Leadership.
- Active contributor to the overall HR Partner capability.
- Serve as a mentor to others within the People team.
- Voice/Contributor to overall People Team strategy.
- Program Execution.
- Deliver results for ongoing People initiatives and Talent Programs.
- Manage specific talent projects in partnership with client groups
- Lead on-boarding and oversight of training plans with new hires and promoted team members.

- 3-4 years’ experience supporting Merchandising and Marketing Teams
- Curiosity. You understand the lingo, motivators and latest trends – strong business acumen, particularly in the e-commerce, retail industry
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a creative mind and a track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing results
- Proven ability to influence, unquestioned integrity and the confidence to easily build trusted partnerships

Expected Base Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000

Our goal is to support, reward and compensate the entire individual. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
