The Human Resources Business Partner role is based in Pryor, Oklahoma (hybrid role).

Where You'll Make a Difference
- Partner with site, functional, and regional leaders to translate business strategy into workforce, organizational, leadership, and talent priorities that support business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant to leaders, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Develop workforce plans that align talent needs with business goals and future organizational requirements.
- Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, performance management discussions, and employment terminations.
- Drive organizational effectiveness, change management, organizational design, communication strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning discussions, retention strategies, and development planning activities to strengthen organizational capability.
- Partner with leaders and Talent Acquisition to develop hiring strategies, support critical talent needs, and build strong internal mobility and succession pipelines.
- Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, Human Resources Operations, and Human Resources Shared Services teams to deliver integrated Human Resources solutions.
- Utilize workforce analytics, talent metrics, and business insights to support data-driven decision-making while ensuring Human Resources data integrity and reporting accuracy.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven years of Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager, or related Human Resources experience.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to develop and implement workforce and talent strategies.
- Experience supporting employee relations investigations, corrective action processes, and performance management initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness efforts.
- Experience advising leaders on talent management, succession planning, employee development, and retention strategies.
- Experience supporting multiple locations, geographically dispersed teams, or complex organizational structures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, coaching, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience supporting manufacturing, food, ingredients, biotechnology, chemical, or other industrial operations environments.
- Professional certification such as Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional, Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional, Professional in Human Resources, or Senior Professional in Human Resources.
