Job Summary
The HR Business Partner performs duties at the professional level in some or all the following function areas sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, orientations, leave management and training. This position requires an extremely perceptive and organized person who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization. The Business Partner must be sensitive to employees and business needs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including initial needs assessment, candidate sourcing, applicant pool development, applicant assessment, interview coordination, evaluation, and selection.

- Employee Relations.
- Update and maintain the BMS
- SAP knowledge
- Disciplinary Review

- Implement tactics to engage employees in their personal and professional development.
- Provide mentorship to facilitate Leader's proficiency in managing HR matters.
- Assure organizational compliance of federal, state, and local laws.
- Other HR initiatives as directed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years working in HR field as a Generalist.
- Training and Recruiter experience preferred.
- Must be able to work independently and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a dedicated team player, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Self-motivated, tenacious, independent, cooperative, flexible, creative, and responsive
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations.
- Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Willing to travel as necessary, up to 25%
- Excellent PC skills (Windows Office, HR systems)
Education Requirements
BS or BA degree in a related field preferred.
