Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support daily Human Resources and operational functions within a clinical research environment.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, scheduling, employee communications, and maintaining employee records and documentation.
  • Perform office administrative duties including filing, scanning, ordering supplies, maintaining office organization, and coordinating office logistics.
  • Assist with office runs, errands, and operational support tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, conference rooms, and internal team communications.
  • Provide professional communication and support to employees, vendors, clients, visitors, and external partners.
  • Assist with company events, wellness initiatives, employee engagement activities, and special projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee, operational, and company information.
  • Collaborate with members of the Human Resources and Operations teams to support organizational initiatives and day-to-day business needs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or other regulated environments.
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems (preferably Workday).
