 Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support for the team across Asia
  • Handle travel arrangements, calendar management and expense claims
  • Manage logistics for leadership meetings
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events and activities
  • Coordinate new joiner onboarding activities
  • Monitor and maintain departmental budget
  • Implement effective records management, storage and archiving files and correspondence, confidential reports and other documentation
  • Assist in preparing, planning and executing ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or General Management related subject
  • 3 - 5 experience providing outstanding administrative support
  • Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft office applications (e.g. vlookup, pivot table, mail merge, etc)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as conversational level Mandarin
  • Detail minded, positive work attitude, customer oriented, and able to handle multi-tasks with good organizing skills
  • Team player and willing to learn
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
