Location: Budapest, Hungary

The Role: We are seeking an exceptionally talented Human Resources Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Support General Manager, Human Resources Manager, and various departments on a range of HR-related matters
  • Manage and support the full employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate and support immigration and global mobility matters
  • Prepares reports as requested and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of all HR data
  • Maintain and update current and historical employee records in Workday
  • Escalate issues to General Manager and HR Manager of the Budapest office when required
  • Coordinate benefits process and respond to employee benefits inquiries
  • Partner with the local payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs
What You’ll Bring:
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in working at an international company; experience working in a financial services or technology sector is a plus
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage competing demands
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Thorough, reliable, and able to take strong ownership of work
  • Team player with a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Exhibit strong work ethic and a proactive approach
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
