Summary
An effective Human Resources Administrator is committed to providing outstanding customer service to fellow Bank associates, possesses a strong understanding of internal procedures and regulatory requirements, ensures the accurate and timely execution of transactions, and consistently manages recurring tasks with diligence.
Responsibilities
- Enters and verifies new hire and termination data in the HRIS system.
- Accountable for coordinating the onboarding process for new employees.
- Provides support for auditing data within the HRIS system.
- Provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple HR functions, conducts research as needed, and completes special assignments at the direction of department leadership.
- Responsible for daily Human Resources operations, such as handling mail, assisting visitors, answering department help tickets, ordering supplies, and coordinating company associate events.
- Provide support during monthly and annual benefit enrollment periods for eligible employees.
- Provide support for regular weekly, monthly, and occasional ad hoc reports.
- Responsible for maintaining NMLS and notary registrations for retail banking operations.
- Responsible for managing the content of the Human Resources department intranet page.
- Ensures the prompt and accurate entry of vendor invoices into the accounts payable system.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
- Deliver backup assistance and recruitment support to the talent acquisition team.
- Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.
- Understand, communicate, and instill the Company’s mission, vision, and values.
- Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Working at the worksite during regular business hours and/or assigned hours.
- Other specified duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of full-time work in a professional environment or equivalent education experience.
- 2+ years of related Human Resources experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
The work environment is typical of a standard office setting. The position is sedentary, exerting 0 – 30 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. It involves sitting most of the time but may also involve moving between various departments. Reaching may be required by extending arms in any direction. Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone will be used requiring the use of hands and fingers to manipulate a keyboard or keypad. Visual ability to read a computer screen or written documents is necessary. English speaking ability to express or exchange ideas; impart oral information to associates, clients or the public; or convey detailed or important instructions by means of the spoken word is required. Hearing is necessary to receive detailed information through oral communication.
Compensation & Benefits
The Human Resources Administrator position pays a minimum of $26.00.
