Description:
As a Human Resource Intern at Avanceon, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources while working closely with our HR team. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable insights into the HR function and to equip you with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in human resources. This is a three month internship program.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Contribute to onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Help maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Support HR team in administering employee benefits and performance management programs.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications: BBA/BS/MBA
- Experience: Fresh Graduates from renowned educational institute
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
