We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to support the Human Resources department with administrative and compliance-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to learn and gain hands-on experience in core HR operations, government submissions, employee data management, and incentive programs.
Job descriptions:
- Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory forms, including ESOS (Employee Share Option Scheme) notices and other statutory requirements.
- Help maintain and update employee profiles and HR records in both digital and physical formats.
- Support the processing and tracking of HR incentive programs and internal documentation.
- Assist in drafting and formatting official letters, notices, and internal memos.
- Coordinate document submission deadlines, follow up with relevant departments, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide general administrative support for HR projects and daily operations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to various HR functions.
