The HR Associate plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. This project-based position involves clerical work, record-keeping, timekeeping, and responding to employee queries. The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping others.
We also welcome fresh graduates with proficiency in spreadsheets and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize employee records and HR files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Handle timekeeping and generate related reports
- Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner via ticketing tools or email
- Assist with the creation of Certificates of Employment (COEs) and other employment-related documents
- Monitor and manage HR inbox, and take minutes of meetings when required
- Provide administrative support for other HR-related ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Familiar with Google Suite and productivity tools
- Own PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)
- Internet speed no lower than 15 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload
- Amenable to work project-based
